Tea, coffee or Van Houten hot chocolate – with plant-based milk available on request – accompany freshly squeezed juices, farmhouse yogurts, cereals and seeds. Organic fruits, dried fruits and a crisp vegetable salad pair with specialty breads, butter and artisanal jams, along with a golden croissant. Local cheeses and cold cuts, organic free-range eggs and Château Virant olive oil complete the buffet. The final touch is sweet and regional: the Arzano butter cake from Biscuiterie Guéguen.
